Plan Management is when a provider supports you to manage funding in your NDIS Plan.
These providers are known as Plan Managers.  Our planning service takes a person-centred approach. This approach ensures the services are purposeful, measurable and focused on the individuals achieving their NDIS goals and objectives.
Person-centred planning is:

• Tailored to each individual and their specific wants and needs
• Considers all aspects of an individual’s life
• Includes people who are important to the individual
• continuous to ensure ongoing exploration, opportunity and communication.
